Hell Week Begins

It’s production week and panic has settled in at Casa Maria. I got a new hat to help keep my brain in for the rest of the week.

The plaid is the source of all its power.

Happily, despite the ex-director being crazy and inconvenient, the show is looking really good. I got some shopping in today for the last of the costume and prop bits, things like pink hair extensions and old lady wigs which for some insane reason I don’t already own. 😉

My last bits of work are going to involve posting ads downtown and rustling up a photographer and videographer for the rehearsal and shows. I feel my addiction to Twitter rearing it’s head with my desire to follow all of this with a ‘first world problems’ hashtag. One of the first steps to recovery is admitting you have a problem…

Adding to the insanity, I’ve come up with another story idea that I’m really excited about. Thank ceiling cat the rational part of my brain is strong enough to speak up and tell my idea to shut up and take a number.

About Morgan Maria D'Isidoro

Morgan Maria D'Isidoro has lived in Baltimore, MD for most of her life, saving a handful of failed escape attempts. Given the murder rates, she'll probably die here too. Morgan is a writer of speculative fiction and poetry, a musician of dubious quality, cat aficionado, art history fangirl, kitchen sorceress, recovering pyromaniac, accomplished liar, and an all around person of questionable employability.
